DOGS: Phoenix Houdini, the Whirling Dervish

     This is Phoenix* Houdini, who gets so excited when anyone comes in or out of the house he whirls like a Dervish.** He spins so fast he's in danger of turning himself into butter like Little Black Sambo running from the tigers (or is it the tigers that turned into butter?) Phoenix's twirling makes us feel so welcome when we come and so missed when we leave.
     Phoenix belongs to our daughter Julie and family of Ontario, California. Julie's husband Dana kindly taped this for us and you. Maybe one of you can tell us how to post it on YouTube.


* No relation to the yacht.
** Just watched real Sufi Whirling Dervishes on YouTube and their "whirling" is much more sedate and trance-like. Phoenix Houdini seems to be in a class by himself.
